Category Management

With the category Management course you learn how to grow the category to an optimum. Learn how successful retailers and suppliers manage their business and categories by means of category management and how they approach their shoppers. By building relationschips between trade partners and by developing a category vision that suits the consumer and shopper. And of course, also leads to higher sales and profit and/or a better image.

There are two levels:

  1. Successful Category Management
    compact one-day course in which all facets of Category Management are covered.
  2. Advanced Category Management
    comprehensive two-day course which also includes visiting stores, several workshops and in depth information about category segmentation, category analysis and category tactics. There is place to pay attention to the own category. Participants will learn how to put together effective category plans and develop compelling shopper focused in-store propositions.
