Gert Bloemendal and Edwin Vels.

Both trainers have extensive experience in the FMCG sector. Edwin has worked in category management of Fresh Produce/Flowers and Plants/Dairy and Gert was a project leader of large category projects, at the second largest food retailer in The Netherlands. Both trainers also held client service positions for retailers and suppliers at Nielsen, a world-leading market survey company.

Since 2010 Gert and Edwin have been independent consultants, they own and run FMCG Education. Their company offers courses in category management, trade marketing, market analysis, and retail knowledge.

Among their clients are retailers and a lot of well-known suppliers in the Fresh Produce category who deliver to retailers and food service all over Europe.
