Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible in writing (by email or by letter), whereby the receipt date is used as the cancellation date.

• Up to 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the course there will be no fees payable.
• In case of cancellation within 30 to 16 calendar days prior to the first course day, 75% of the course price will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation equal to or less than 15 calendar days prior to the first course day, 100% of the course price will be charged.

The above will not be applicable if your organization ensures that another employee participates in your place.
In the unlikely event that an scheduled course cannot take place due to FMCG Education, no costs will be charged and the participant will be offered a suitable alternative.

Prices

The prices quoted are excluding VAT; 21% VAT will be added.

Payment

Participation in one- or two-day courses will be invoiced after the course has been completed. The invoiced amount is payable within 21 days.

Property rights

All course and training materials remain the sole property of FMCG Education. The use of said materials, without written prior consent, is strictly forbidden. The materials may not be reproduced, stored or revealed in any form without FMCG Education’s prior consent.

It is furthermore not permitted to pass on any FMCG Education courses materials to third parties.
